Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3 years of prior sales, customer service, or related experience
- Proficiency in basic math and computer skills
- Customer service skills
- Sales ability
- Ability to transition between multiple roles
- Credit, criminal, employment, and education background checks are conducted on potential candidates.
- A post-offer, pre-employment drug test is also conducted.
Nice To Haves
- Previous financial industry experience is preferred
- Bilingual skills a plus
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to our members; by promoting credit union products and services to improve our members' financial well-being.
- Establish rapport and listen carefully to recommend and cross-sell the absolute best products and services to meet their needs.
- Open and close accounts, answer questions, solve problems, update member information, and process loan applications.
- Step into the teller line to process banking transactions accurately and efficiently while maintaining a balanced cash drawer.
- Achieve individual and team sales goals by keeping up to date on all credit union products and services.
- Enthusiastically promote our services to members, through heroic customer service.
