About The Position

Looking for a part-time position in a welcoming, healthy, and community-focused environment? Join our team! As a Member Service Representative, you'll be one of the first people our members and guests interact with, helping create a positive and welcoming experience for everyone who walks through our doors. In this role, you'll provide exceptional customer service, assist with memberships and program registrations, maintain accurate records, and support the daily operations of our member services team.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years customer service and administrative experience or education in business administration, preferred.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Strong knowledge of computers, telephones, navigate software, basic office equipment, cash handling and professional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Certifications that must be obtained and maintained within first 90 days: Child Abuse Prevention, Blood borne Pathogens, Hazard Communication.
  • Willingness to attend meetings, training, and obtain additional certification as requested.
