About The Position

Blaze Credit Union is seeking a Member Service Representative to join their Member Experience Center (Call Center). This role involves assisting members over the phone with their financial needs, including processing transactions, researching and resolving inquiries and disputes, and providing technical support for automated services. The position emphasizes first-call resolution and continuous learning in a dynamic environment. The role requires full-time availability, including Saturday rotations and potential for extended hours. Training will be conducted at the Larpenteur Corporate Office in Falcon Heights, MN.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 36 months experience working in a financial institution required.
  • Minimum High School degree or GED.
  • Excellent Member service skills.
  • Reliability to work scheduled shifts.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to problem solve and multi-task.
  • Ability to work effectively in a diverse environment where change is routine and flexibility is required.
  • Ability to work independently while displaying initiative.
