Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent
Cash handling experience preferred
Good math skills
Customer service skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to solve issues for all kinds of clients with professionalism and patience
Organized and detail-oriented
Ability to manage time well and prioritize multiple tasks effectively

Responsibilities

Providing a variety of paying and receiving functions, including processing deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, cashiers' checks, money orders, and cash advances.
Balancing each day's transactions and verifying cash totals.
Performing other specific assigned side-jobs.
Assisting other Bank Tellers with a variety of duties.
Opening new accounts.
Consulting with clients on loan applications.
Punctually attending meetings.
Interacting with clients.
Keeping workspace clean and organized.
Ensuring members are promptly and professionally served.
Ensuring member information is secure and confidential.
