We're excited to offer a Full-Time Teller/Member Service Representative opportunity at our Taylor Drive Branch in Sheboygan. The compensation for this position is $19.15-$21.40 per hour. No previous banking experience is required, making this an excellent opportunity to launch a rewarding career in financial services. As a Teller/Member Service Representative, you'll build meaningful relationships with members by assisting with financial transactions, identifying their needs, and recommending products and services that help them reach their financial goals. Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Strong math, communication, and computer skills.
  • Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship.

  • Previous customer service or cash handling experience is preferred but not required.
  • Positive attitude, attention to detail, adaptability, and a passion for helping others.

Responsibilities

  • Build strong relationships with members by providing friendly, personalized service.
  • Process deposits, withdrawals, payments, and other financial transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain balanced cash drawers while following all cash handling and security procedures.
  • Identify member needs and recommend appropriate products and services.
  • Meet performance expectations related to service quality, accuracy, and member satisfaction.
  • Communicate effectively with members and teammates in person, by phone, and through email.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to expand your knowledge and grow your career.
