The role also requires a consistent focus on increasing member satisfaction and account retention, meeting sales and service goals, and using lead lists for outbound efforts. Problem resolution, maintaining cash drawers, initiating wire transfers, processing various financial transactions, and assisting with branch operations and security are key responsibilities. The role also involves representing the credit union professionally, maintaining a neat work area, responding to communications promptly, and complying with all regulations.
