With a starting pay range of $19.15-$21.40 per hour, this is an excellent opportunity to launch a banking career with a respected community-focused credit union. No prior banking experience is required-we provide the training and support you need to succeed. Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Basic math, computer, and problem-solving abilities
  • Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship.

Nice To Haves

  • Cash handling, retail, hospitality, or customer-facing experience preferred but not required
  • Positive attitude, adaptability, and willingness to learn

Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional member and customer service during every interaction
  • Build strong relationships with members and identify financial needs
  • Process deposits, withdrawals, payments, and other transactions accurately
  • Maintain cash drawer balances and follow cash handling procedures
  • Recommend appropriate credit union products and services based on member needs
  • Support branch sales and service goals through relationship building
  • Follow all operational, security, compliance, and regulatory requirements
  • Communicate effectively with members and team members in person, over the phone, and through electronic channels
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development programs
