We are hiring a Full-Time Teller/Member Service Representative for our Grafton Branch. Starting pay is $19.15 - $21.40 per hour, and no previous banking experience is required. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, cash handling, sales, or relationship building who are looking to grow their career in financial services. As a Teller / Member Service Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for our members, processing financial transactions, answering questions, building lasting relationships, and identifying solutions that support their financial needs. Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver friendly, professional support to members in person, over the phone, and through email.
  • Process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, account maintenance, and other banking transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Handle cash while maintaining accuracy, security, and compliance.
  • Identify member needs and recommend appropriate financial products and services.
  • Educate members on digital banking tools and additional credit union solutions.
  • Resolve member questions while maintaining confidentiality and following credit union policies and procedures.
  • Support branch goals by providing an outstanding member experience and contributing to a collaborative team environment.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
