Member Service Representatives support the Member Services Department by providing support and assistance with training on products offered by the organization to our clients. This position has no supervisory responsibilities. Essential Functions include being on time and at the assigned post every workday, logging on to CBT lab computers and databases, checking emails twice daily, opening specific websites, seating students according to policy, scheduling students for courses, monitoring and processing student SSVs, printing cards, monitoring students in the lab to prevent cheating, providing assistance as needed, preparing rooms for instructor-led classes, ensuring the CBT lab is never left unattended when students are present (requiring two employees at all times), assisting instructors, assisting member companies with registration or training issues, assisting at the front desk, preparing for the next business day by ensuring adequate card and ribbon stock, closing the CBT lab according to policy, cleaning work areas daily, troubleshooting IT issues, and greeting students professionally. Non-essential functions include other duties as assigned.
