About The Position
ACU is seeking a dynamic and driven Member Service Representative III (MSRIII) to join their team. This role offers the opportunity to make a real impact on people's lives and could be the start of something extraordinary. The position is part-time, with 38 hours per week, and is located at the Yelm Branch. The salary range is $20.05 - $32.85 hourly, with a target hiring range of $20.05-$25.66 for candidates with at least six months of financial institution experience. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and one to two years of financial institution experience, including new accounts and loans. Candidates must be bondable, pass a background and credit check, and be able to obtain a badge to access JBLM.

Responsibilities
- Help credit union members with transactions in a friendly way
- Handle savings, loans, and checks
- Review loan applications and advise members of loan policies and rate information
- Share excitement for ACU's products and services with members
- Assist members with unauthorized use of ATM/Visa debit cards; Issue, reissue, or hot card ATM cards/Visa Debit cards
- Be knowledgeable and conversant with all account information
- Be a team player and learn new things in meetings and training sessions
