We're looking for a friendly and detail-oriented Member Service Representative II (MSR II) to join our Tomah team!

Requirements

At least one year of financial institution experience
Enjoys helping people and building strong relationships
Communicates clearly and professionally
Is detail-oriented and accurate
Can manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Works well as part of a team
Is eager to learn, grow, and contribute

Responsibilities

Providing friendly, professional service to members
Processing transactions and maintaining accurate cash systems
Opening and servicing member accounts
Assisting with debit cards, wires, account maintenance, and general inquiries
Supporting day-to-day branch operations
Helping resolve member concerns
Identifying member needs and connecting them with helpful credit union products and services
