About The Position

ACU is looking for a dynamic and driven Member Service Representative II (MSRII) to join their team. This role requires six months of financial services experience, specifically with opening new accounts. Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Six months or more of financial institution experience (new account experience preferred)
• Must be bondable

Responsibilities

• Help credit union members with transactions in a friendly way - in person or by phone
• Handle various transactions and providing expert guidance to our members
• Become the go-to expert on teller transaction codes and check cashing
• Manage accounts with the utmost attention to detail
• Take charge of issuing, reissuing, or hot carding ATM cards/Visa Debit cards
• Assist members with any issues related to unauthorized use of ATM/Visa debit cards
• Balance daily transactions and cash totals with accuracy, efficiency, and timeliness
• Showcase effective oral and written communication with all credit union employees
• Attend monthly staff meetings and actively participating in assigned training sessions
