About The Position

O Bee Credit Union is hiring a Member Service Representative I/II to join their team. This full-time position is vital in supporting the company's mission, members, and culture. The role involves delivering exceptional service while assisting members with their financial needs, performing teller transactions, identifying opportunities to recommend products and services, and building meaningful relationships to support members' financial well-being.

Requirements

Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
Must have at least one year of customer service experience.
Must be able to pass a background and credit check and must be bondable.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Basic computer proficiency.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Nice To Haves

Cash handling experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional member service by building relationships and engaging in meaningful conversations.
Ask thoughtful, financially focused questions to support members’ financial well-being.
Maintain strong knowledge of O Bee products and services.
Identify member needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
Process transactions including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, wires, and account transfers.
Assist members with account inquiries, transaction history, and issue resolution.
Escalate complex concerns to appropriate team members.
Follow all BSA and credit union procedures, including completing CTRs and supporting SAR reporting.
