The Member Service Rep (Team Player) is responsible for performing duties to their best abilities during their assigned work shift, maintaining club cleanliness and atmosphere, and staying proficient in the Planet Fitness mobile app. This role ensures all proper training is completed for safe and efficient operation, conducts regular audits to maintain club presentation according to Excel standards, and performs club walkarounds with associated cleaning tasks. The position involves auditing and balancing cash drawers daily, inputting and updating member information, ensuring members adhere to company policies, and providing a safe and secure environment. Key aspects include communicating effectively with members to create a high level of service, stocking retail and janitorial items, understanding and adhering to company standards, and resolving day-to-day member issues. The role also requires auditing club inventory, communicating with management on order recommendations, staying up-to-date on certifications and training, and participating in team meetings. Additionally, the Member Service Rep will communicate with, promote, tour, and assist prospects and potential members, support club membership promotions and operational strategies, and ensure club compliance with laws and insurance requirements. They will also operate and assist members with equipment, tanning, HydroMassage, Total Body Enhancement, and other amenities, ensuring adherence to procedures. Finally, the role involves assisting management at community events and outreach activities.
