About The Position

Maine Savings Federal Credit Union is seeking a candidate for a full-time position in our Member Service Center. This position provides first call resolution to meet credit union member needs involving transactions, account inquiries, credit and debit card assistance and all aspects of digital banking. The successful candidate will meet member needs by completing requested transactions and/or providing information requested. The candidate we select will develop a thorough knowledge of products, services and systems, and is able to support all member needs utilizing multiple delivery channels. Service excellence is the highest priority of the position.

Requirements

  • High school or equivalent (Required)
  • Rotating Saturday hours from 8:00am to 4:00pm are required.

Nice To Haves

  • Financial Services Remote Customer Support: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Call center: 1 year (Preferred)
