Member Service Associate
About The Position
AAA Oregon/Idaho is currently seeking a joyful customer-service minded individual to join our Boise, ID team! The Member Service Associate greets AAA members and assist with a variety of services in the travel store including sales, cashiering, merchandising, and membership, and financial services. The role is also responsible for supporting insurance and travel agents and promoting the diverse variety of products and services of AAA. This is a full-time, in-office position in Boise, ID. Standard work hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm. Our team is dedicated to providing the highest quality services to our members, colleagues and community with ingenuity and creativity. Requirements
- Previous customer service or cashiering experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer skills and knowledge required.
Responsibilities
- Greet AAA members.
- Assist with a variety of services in the travel store including sales, cashiering, merchandising, and membership, and financial services.
- Support insurance and travel agents.
- Promote the diverse variety of products and services of AAA.
