About The Position

Bousquet Sport – Pittsfield, MA is seeking a friendly, reliable, and service-driven Member Services Associate to join our team. This role is the first point of contact for our members and guests and plays a key role in creating a welcoming, professional, and organized club environment. The ideal candidate is personable, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced setting.

Requirements

  • Customer service or hospitality experience preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment
  • Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Frequent movement throughout the facility
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs (towels, supplies, equipment)
  • Ability to bend, reach, twist, and perform cleaning tasks
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, member-facing environment

Responsibilities

  • Greet and check in members and guests in a friendly, professional manner
  • Answer phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries
  • Assist members with scheduling, registrations, and general questions
  • Create a welcoming and positive environment at all times
  • Build relationships with members and recognize regulars
  • Provide accurate information about programming, memberships, and club offerings
  • Answer basic billing and membership questions
  • Assist with purchases, registrations, and account updates
  • Escalate complex issues to the Supervisor on Duty
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of front desk and shared spaces
  • Complete assigned cleaning tasks (towels, trash, general upkeep)
  • Reset spaces including studios, courts, locker rooms, and common areas
  • Monitor supply levels and communicate needs to leadership
  • Report maintenance or cleanliness concerns promptly
