About The Position

As a Member Service Agent, you'll be at the forefront of providing exceptional member service while assisting members on the phone. This position is located at the Ottumwa Richmond branch, back office. This position also works roughly 2 Saturdays a month from 8am-1pm. Fluency in both English and Spanish is preferred, but not required. Our training program will equip you with the knowledge and tools needed to excel in this role, ensuring that you feel confident and supported as you navigate your day-to-day responsibilities.
