Member Service Agent (Overnight Shift)

Join our Evo Car Share team as a Remote Member Service Agent and play a key role in supporting our members overnight. This overnight position operates Tuesday through Saturday, from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM. As a Member Service Agent, you’re at the front-line, delivering amazing and long-lasting Member experiences. You’ll act as an Evo ambassador and showcase your commitment to supporting BC’s most valued car sharing service.
Requirements
- At least six months of a post-secondary certificate in Business Administration or related field, and/or a combination of education and experience.
- At least two years’ experience in customer service, preferably in a call center setting.
- Showcase your sharp technical skills with willingness to learn new platforms (i.e. PowerBI, Verint, Service Now, Amazon Connect & Workplace, Google Maps, and EVO Car Sharing Software).
- Must successfully pass a background check, which may include a criminal, identification, and reference checks.
Nice To Haves
- Rapid-fire typing skills (40 wpm).
