As a Member Representative, you will support members through a variety of financial needs while helping create a welcoming and solution-focused branch experience. This is a multi-functional role that includes Teller, Member Service, and Retail Lending responsibilities.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to explain financial information in a clear and approachable way
  • Comfortable building rapport and having meaningful conversations with members
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Ability to adapt, learn, and work across multiple functions
  • Collaborative mindset with a willingness to support team goals

Nice To Haves

  • 1–4 years of experience in banking, cash handling, member service, retail lending, hospitality, customer service, or a similar relationship-focused role preferred

Responsibilities

  • Process member transactions accurately and efficiently including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments
  • Build trust through friendly, professional interactions
  • Recognize opportunities to improve the member experience during everyday transactions
  • Open and maintain personal and business accounts
  • Assist members with account questions, wires, address changes, balances, reconciliations, and other account needs
  • Educate members on products and services that may benefit their financial journey
  • Balance member advocacy with regulatory and operational requirements
  • Assist members through the consumer loan process from application to closing
  • Explain loan products and terms clearly and confidently
  • Help create a smooth, supportive borrowing experience
  • Participate in ongoing training, development, and cross-functional learning
  • Stay current on compliance, procedures, and regulatory expectations including Bank Secrecy Act requirements
  • Support branch operations and teammates as needed
  • Contribute positively to branch culture, teamwork, and continuous improvement efforts

Benefits

  • The expected pay range for this position is $17.50-$25.00/ hour. This salary range only reflects base wages and does not include benefits or other types of compensation.
