About The Position
Collins Community Credit Union is hiring a Member Representative Floater (Teller) for their Cedar Rapids/Marion/North Liberty markets. This role is the face of the Credit Union, providing exceptional customer service while handling deposits, withdrawals, and other transactions. The company invests in its employees and offers a clear path for advancement, with potential to become a Personal Banker or Branch Manager. The position offers hands-on experience, comprehensive training, mentorship, and promotion potential within the growing Credit Union.
Requirements
- Excellent customer service skills and enjoys building relationships
- Strong math and accuracy skills
- Team player with a positive attitude and a desire to learn
- Eager to build a successful career in the financial industry
- Must be available to work during business hours: Monday - Thursday 8:00am - 5:15pm, Friday 8:00am - 5:45pm, Saturday 8:30am - 12:15pm (rotating)
- Must be available to float to all Cedar Rapids, Marion and North Liberty branches
