We are seeking candidates for a Full Time, Member Relationship Representative position at our West Branch II location. This role is for someone who loves helping people and wants to grow with a team that truly values exceptional service. The role involves being the face of the credit union, delivering outstanding service, handling daily financial transactions with accuracy, meeting sales and service goals, and promoting a wide range of products that help members thrive. This is a fast-paced, people-focused role.
Requirements
- Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license
- Previous credit union, financial institution, cash handling, customer service, sales or related experience
