About The Position
Bulkley Valley Credit Union is seeking a Member Relationship Manager I to join their dynamic team. This role is dedicated to assisting and advising members with their financial needs, placing the right products and services, and building trust and loyalty. The successful candidate will gain a deeper understanding of member needs and deliver financial solutions, including investments and small lending products, to enhance member financial well-being. This position plays a vital role in growing member relationships and making sound decisions to support the credit union's growth, impact, and profitability.
Requirements
- Minimum of two years financial service industry experience.
- Experience with investment and retail lending is preferred, or a combination of experience and education.
- A combination of experience and post-secondary education in areas directly related to financial services will also be considered.
Responsibilities
- Assist and advise members with their financial needs.
- Place the right products and services in the hands of members or refer them to fellow experts.
- Build trust and loyalty with each member interaction.
- Gain a deeper understanding of member needs.
