Requirements

  • Highly flexible, capable of multi-tasking and working within a fast-paced team environment including sharing knowledge and direction.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Confidence in recommending products and services with the ability to meet appropriate sales and service goals.
  • 1-3 years of sales or relationship building skills is required.
  • The ability to read and comprehend moderate to advanced instructions and correspondence.
  • The ability to write moderate to advanced correspondence within professional etiquette standards.
  • The ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small-group situations.
  • The ability to effectively communicate loan decisions and navigate sensitive situations.

Nice To Haves

  • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Developing strong, lasting member relationships while utilizing flexibility and effective sales skills to provide “one-stop” service to our members.
  • Maintaining comprehensive knowledge of our products and services to provide exceptional service and education to our members, while assisting them in meeting their vast lending, deposit, and electronic products and services needs.
  • Assisting members with completing membership and visa loan requests.
  • Performing a variety of teller functions with solid cash handling skills and procedural knowledge.
  • Answering incoming calls from members and assisting in processing a variety of account transactions and support including transferring funds, issuing checks, processing payments, ordering checks, etc.
  • Assuming responsibility for other projects or duties as required or assigned.
