The staff member will also support member recruitment, retention, and communication efforts in collaboration with the Director of Membership Engagement and Communication. The role requires a positive, friendly, and cheerful attitude, a neat appearance, comfort with computers, strong interpersonal skills, and a team-player mentality. A working knowledge of membership and program data systems is necessary.
