About The Position

The Member Relations Manager will define and lead the end-to-end member experience for QR. This role is responsible for building a high-touch, personalized service model that reflects the brand’s commitment to excellence.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in hospitality, luxury service, or customer experience
  • Experience building and leading service teams
  • Strong understanding of high-touch, personalized service models
  • Operational excellence and attention to detail
  • Passion for delivering exceptional experiences
  • AI-native—not “AI-aware.” You’ll design, own, and evolve agentic workflows that dramatically expand your leverage.
  • Proven track record of using generative AI for creative production and machine learning for audience segmentation

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement the member journey and service standards
  • Build and lead the member relations and concierge team
  • Oversee onboarding, engagement, and retention strategies
  • Implement CRM systems and lifecycle management
  • Establish service protocols and quality benchmarks
  • Continuously improve the member experience based on feedback
