About The Position

AO Globe Life is looking for a Member Protection Specialist to help clients understand insurance options that may support their families’ financial security. You will work remotely with individuals and families, conduct needs-based conversations, and provide a helpful, professional client experience. Our team provides warm leads, online training, daily coaching, and ongoing mentorship to help you develop the skills needed for long-term success.

Requirements

• Strong verbal, written, and listening skills
• Customer-focused and professional attitude
• Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
• Comfortable with computer-based systems
• Self-motivated and coachable
• Able to work independently and within a team environment
• At least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States
• Provide their own computer/laptop, webcam, reliable high-speed internet, and professional remote workspace
• Complete required training and participate in virtual meetings
• Obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities
• Complete applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state licensing requirements at the candidate’s expense
