About The Position
Paraglide is a fast-growing AI startup, backed by the investors behind Anthropic, LinkedIn, Shopify, and Twitch. We build AI agents for back-office finance teams, helping them manage their email inbox and get paid faster. We're a team of 20, based in Malmö and London. This role moves between both offices and remote work.
Requirements
- In your 4th or final year of computer science, software engineering, or a related field.
- Have personal projects and a taste for problems without an obvious answer.
- Show us something you built and tell us what you learned building it.
Nice To Haves
- Recognizing good code matters more than knowing any particular language.
Responsibilities
- Take a problem, shape the product, build it, ship it, run it.
- Build software with AI and spend real engineering time making that work well.
- Work on production code from week one.
- Have a say in what we build next.
- Learn from senior engineers.
- Participate in code review.
