About The Position

We're looking for engineers who want to work on category-defining AI work. Building agents with the performance and reliability Wall Street demands is one of the hardest applied AI problems out there. Our technical staff works across the stack: agent architecture, evals, model post-training, and new product surfaces. You'll ship to the largest financial firms in the world. As one of our earliest engineers, you'll shape our architecture, our hiring bar, and the engineering culture.

Requirements

You have architected and built scalable systems
You have worked on agentic products or infrastructure and have informed opinions on reliability and performance of complex multi-step systems
You have deep experience with API design, service communication patterns, and database optimization
You have an iterative mindset where you develop proof of concepts, make decisions quickly, and ship v0s
You have strong software engineering fundamentals and enjoy owning the full lifecycle of production services

Responsibilities

Design and ship the core agentic systems that power Endex across planning, tool use, memory, long-horizon task execution.
Partner with customers to understand finance workflows, and leverage learnings to improve our product
Build the evals, datasets, and post-training pipelines that turn raw model capability into a product analysts trust
