About The Position
We’re hiring a member of technical staff to work closely with the founding team. You'll shape both our products and research direction.
Requirements
- Backend engineering experience
- Experience with scalable infrastructure and systems for AI agents
- Experience with containerization
- Experience with performance optimization
- Machine learning experience
- Experience with agent science research
- Experience creating evaluations for agent performance and behavior
- Frontend engineering experience
- Experience developing oversight interfaces and frontend systems for coding agent monitoring and control
Responsibilities
- Design and build scalable infrastructure and systems for AI agents, including containerization, and performance optimization
- Contribute to agent science research, and create evaluations for agent performance and behavior
- Develop oversight interfaces and frontend systems for coding agent monitoring and control
- Shape product strategy and research direction in collaboration with the founding team
