About The Position

Jarmin builds AI Employees for human-level roles. An AI Employee learns its responsibilities, understands your data, embeds into your systems, and becomes part of your team's day-to-day workflow. Companies hire AI ML Engineers, Account Executives, Paralegals, Financial Analysts, Compliance Analysts, and more. Our founding team is from Meta Superintelligence Labs (Staff Engineers), Apple (Machine Learning), AWS (scaling infrastructure), Lockheed Martin (Research), and JPMorganChase, with experience building AI and ML systems and automating the complex work of researchers, data scientists, and ML engineers. We are a Y Combinator Fall 2025 company in San Francisco. As a Member of Technical Staff on Product, you'll own the surfaces customers use to hire, direct, and trust their AI Employees, from the interface through the data layer. You will be designing new product experiences from first principles. Areas you may work in Product surfaces where customers work with their AI Employees The APIs and data models behind those surfaces Interfaces for reviewing, approving, and correcting agent work Making complex agent output understandable by people Prototyping new interaction patterns for agentic products.

Requirements

• Strong design taste and care how something feels, not just that it works.
• Strong frontend development skills, comfortable owning a feature from the interface through the data layer.
• Strong software engineering fundamentals and ship production systems.
• Comfortable where there are few established patterns.
• Want to work in person in San Francisco.

Nice To Haves

• Built the frontend of products where the interface had to explain something complicated.
• Have a design portfolio.
• Contribute to open source projects.

• Own the surfaces customers use to hire, direct, and trust their AI Employees, from the interface through the data layer.
