As a Senior Product Engineer (Member of Technical Staff), you'll build and scale the core product experiences powering the company's AI agent platform. You'll own full-stack product features end-to-end, develop intuitive interfaces for interacting with AI systems, and build reliable software used by scientists and researchers. This is a rare opportunity to join a small, high-caliber AI-native engineering team where you'll have significant ownership, work directly with AI researchers and scientists, and solve some of the most challenging problems at the intersection of AI, software engineering, and scientific discovery.
Requirements
- 3–7 years of software engineering experience
- Experience building modern web applications and AI-powered products
- Experience owning product features end-to-end from concept through production
- Experience working at high-growth AI startups or technically ambitious companies
- Experience building full-stack applications with strong frontend ownership
- Experience working in fast-moving, high-autonomy environments
- Demonstrated ability to independently drive projects and make technical decisions
- Strong proficiency in TypeScript and Python
- Experience building modern frontend applications and user interfaces
- Experience designing and building backend APIs and services
- Experience developing AI-powered products or workflows
- Strong understanding of frontend architecture, performance, and user experience
- Experience building enterprise SaaS features such as billing, authentication, permissions, and account management
- Experience with cross-platform application development including desktop, mobile, or API-based systems
- Strong engineering fundamentals across software design, architecture, and scalability
- Experience working with AI coding tools and AI-assisted development workflows
- Ability to rapidly understand technical domains and build intuitive products
- Strong technical background and demonstrated software engineering ability preferred

Responsibilities
- Build and own full-stack product features across the AI agent platform
- Develop user-facing experiences for interacting with AI agents, workflows, and scientific tools
- Design and implement frontend-heavy applications using TypeScript and modern web technologies
- Build scalable backend APIs, integrations, and product infrastructure using Python
- Own critical product surfaces including billing, usage tracking, authentication, permissions, and account management
- Partner closely with AI researchers, scientists, and infrastructure engineers to translate complex capabilities into intuitive products
- Build reliable systems that enable scientists to interact with advanced AI workflows
- Improve product quality, performance, reliability, and user experience through rapid iteration
- Design AI-native engineering workflows and leverage coding agents to accelerate development
- Make product and technical decisions across frontend, backend, and infrastructure layers
- Collaborate with a small, highly technical team to ship impactful features quickly
- Own projects from initial idea through design, implementation, deployment, and iteration
