About the company Applied AI company building computer-use RL environments that train agents on investment banking, PE and hedge fund work. Sells to frontier labs. Accelerator graduate, freshly seed-funded.

Requirements

• Has built evals, benchmarks or RL environments for AI agents
• Works at startup speed: ships, asks and corrects quickly
• Strong product ownership, able to prioritize across a large roadmap
• Comfortable in front of customers, users and subject-matter experts

• Research background (model training, publications)
• Founder or early-stage experience

Responsibilities

• RL environment training and inference infrastructure, built to handle customer usage at scale
• Research and delivery of long-horizon environments that stay hard for frontier models
• Domain-specific verifiers for decks, Excel models, quant trading and beyond
• Tooling, synthetic data pipelines and analytics that raise environment throughput 10–100x
• Engineering culture and practices, set from day one
