Member of Technical Staff (Design Engineer)

With the advent of AI-assisted coding, there are no hard technical requirements anymore. The role involves working on interesting projects such as building scalable design systems using AI coding tools like Cursor, Claude Code, and Codex, demonstrating a keen eye for design details (e.g., distinguishing between specific color codes), possessing excellent taste, and utilizing Figma when needed.
Requirements
- Deeply curious -- you are fascinated by the world of technology and often find yourself tinkering late into the night or early into the morning
- Hard worker -- working long hours comes naturally for you and you gain pleasure from working in an intense team that pushes you to your limits
- Low ego / humble -- no problem is too small, and you are always open to other's ideas
Responsibilities
- Using a combination of AI coding tools like Cursor, Claude Code, and Codex to build scalable design systems
- Knowing the difference between #1f1f1f and #1d1d1d and being nit-picky about good design
- Having excellent taste
- Using Figma when necessary
