About The Position

Antioch is seeking a Member of Technical Staff on Customer Deployments to transform closed deals into successful, expanding customers. This is an early-stage, high-ownership, deeply operational role that bridges customers, engineering, and product. The successful candidate will manage deployments for leading robotics and autonomy teams, coordinate the technical efforts for their success, and leverage learnings to influence product direction and go-to-market strategies. This role involves significant onsite customer engagement and close collaboration with the founders to shape Antioch's deployment, documentation, and communication practices. It is ideal for individuals who thrive on owning customer outcomes from start to finish and are eager to define a function rather than inherit one.

Requirements

  • Experience in a customer-facing technical role (solutions engineering, forward-deployed engineering, technical program management, technical consulting, or post-sales at a technical product company).
  • Real technical depth: technical-PM-level fluency, ability to hold technical conversations, code effectively with AI tools, and translate between customers' engineers and the internal team.
  • Exceptional communication skills: ability to explain complex products clearly to diverse audiences (engineers, PMs, CEOs) both verbally and in writing.
  • Serious operational chops: proven track record of coordinating high-stakes, tight-timeline projects across multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong product instincts: ability to identify patterns in customer conversations and translate them into clear, prioritized requirements.
  • Excellent writing skills for documentation, training materials, and customer-facing collateral.
  • Strong familiarity with statistics and machine learning.
  • Comfort with regular travel and in-person customer work across North America, Europe, and Asia Pacific.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with robotics, autonomy, simulation, or other Physical AI domains.
  • Experience at an early-stage startup, or building a post-sales / deployments function from scratch.
  • Experience running complex services or consulting delivery projects.
  • Founder experience, or a founder-adjacent role with end-to-end outcome ownership.

Responsibilities

  • Lead post-sales deployments end to end, coordinating solutions architecture with hands-on support from the wider engineering team to ensure timely and high-quality customer implementations.
  • Build the deployments function from scratch by defining playbooks, processes, and tooling for scalability.
  • Champion the customer feedback loop by collating and distilling signals from deployments, and collaborating with the Head of Product and CTO to ensure customer requirements influence the product roadmap.
  • Curate Antioch's canonical content, including documentation, training videos, and pre/post-sales collateral, and integrate customer insights into product marketing.
  • Build deep personal and technical trust with customers, effectively communicating Antioch's value to a diverse range of stakeholders including engineers, PMs, VPs, CTOs, executives, founders, and CEOs.
  • Drive continuous needs-finding by expanding pilots into new use cases across teams and organizations, and feeding these learnings back into go-to-market strategies.
  • Travel onsite to customers across North America, Europe, and Asia Pacific.

Benefits

  • High ownership with fast iteration and direct customer feedback.
  • Work with a caliber team including founders with prior startup success and experience at leading tech companies.
  • Opportunity to build the company culture, product direction, and win strategies as an early team member.
