About The Position

AIUC's mission is to underwrite superintelligence by red-teaming, certifying, and insuring AI agents from companies like ElevenLabs, UiPath, and Intercom. Recognizing the critical role agents will play in various sectors, AIUC aims to establish standards and insurance as tools for managing risk. They have developed AIUC-1, a gold standard for agent security and reliability, in collaboration with over 100 CISOs from Fortune 1000 companies. The team comprises individuals from prominent organizations such as Anthropic, McKinsey, and Weights & Biases, and secured a $15m seed round led by Nat Friedman. In this role, you will lead the red-teaming of the world’s most widely used AI agents, engaging directly with customer agents from initial scoping through to certification.

Responsibilities

Lead the red-teaming of the world’s most used AI agents, working directly with customers' agents end-to-end from scoping to certification
Refine the core engine that runs all our red-teaming evals
DRI end-to-end: technical scoping, reconnaissance, execution, remediation, certification
Productize frontier adversarial attacks
Taste-test the evals to set the quality bar
Productize your workflow with agents
Figure out how we eval new types of agents, e.g. computer use
