About The Position

OpusClip is building the next generation of AI-native products, and honestly, we need someone who can keep up. We're looking for a Full-Stack AI Engineer who lives at the intersection of applied AI, product instinct, and solid architecture. If you're the type who waits around for a ticket to land in your queue, this isn't it. We need a builder who's genuinely energized by zero-to-one chaos, brings real technical judgment to AI-generated code, and has the grit to ship stuff nobody's seen before.

Requirements

• Experience working on AI-native codebases.
• Comfortable with React front-end development.
• Proficiency in Node.js or Django back-end development.
• Experience shipping products from scratch, ideally solo or on a small team.
• Ability to define scope and work with ambiguity.
• A 'combat spirit' with a focus on speed and shipping.
• Fluent use of AI coding tools (e.g., Cursor) with an understanding of their limitations.
• Ability to apply human judgment to AI-generated code.

Nice To Haves

• Multimodal AI engineering (video ML / video AI).
• A background blending product thinking with technical depth.

Responsibilities

• Build the next generation of AI-native products.
