About The Position
Build on your academic foundation and gain hands-on experience as an Entry-Level Software Developer. You’ll join a team focused on building high-quality, scalable software while learning industry best practices and modern development tools. This role offers you the opportunity to expand your programming skills, work on real product features, and collaborate closely with experienced engineers who will help guide your growth. You’ll have the chance to learn from talented professionals with diverse technical backgrounds, including cloud infrastructure engineers, full-stack developers, automation specialists, and more. Requirements
- You are in your final year or have recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Knowledge of programming concepts and experience with at least one modern language (e.g., Python, Java, C++, Go, or JavaScript).
- Understanding of data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented programming.
- Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- A strong desire to learn and grow as a software professional.
Responsibilities
- Learn Nutanix development practices, tools, and architecture under the guidance of senior engineers.
- Contribute to the design, development, and testing of new product features.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well documented code.
- Participate in code reviews, team discussions, and technical planning sessions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including QA, SRE, and Product Management.
- Troubleshoot and resolve basic software defects with your team's support.
