About The Position

Antioch is the simulation platform for physical AI, enabling teams to design, test, and train physical systems in high-fidelity cloud simulation, accelerated by 3D-native agents. The company is seeking an individual to join their team to manage coordination and logistics, build scalable operational systems, and support the growth of the company. This is a high-ownership generalist role with a wide scope, involving tasks such as managing customer onsite logistics, tracking team commitments, and contributing to social content. The role reports to the leadership team and interacts with various aspects of the company. Antioch is looking for a resourceful and driven individual eager to learn about building a company from the ground up.

Requirements

  • Highly organized and reliable.
  • Clear and direct communication, both written and in person.
  • Comfortable context-switching across different types of work.
  • Takes ownership and proactively makes things happen without waiting for instructions.
  • Experience organizing people, events, or projects where the outcome mattered.
  • Technical enough to build a deep understanding of Antioch’s product, industry, and customer base, and to interact with the codebase.
  • Resourceful with tools, including AI tools, and quick to learn new ones.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in operations, events, or executive support at a startup or fast-moving organization.
  • Familiarity with marketing, social, or content work.
  • Experience managing vendors, budgets, or office logistics.
  • Comfort with light design or web work (Figma, site builders, basic editing tools).
  • Interest and experience in robotics, simulation, computer science, or AI.

Responsibilities

  • Own coordination and scheduling across the team: internal syncs, customer visits, candidate loops, and travel.
  • Plan and run events end to end: team offsites, customer onsites, hackathons, dinners, and conference presence, from budgeting through follow-up.
  • Design and improve operational systems: onboarding new hires, tracking commitments, managing vendors, and information flow.
  • Pitch in on product marketing: website updates, social content, and campaign support.
  • Get hands-on with the Antioch simulation platform to help produce demos, visuals, and content.
  • Run the office: manage the space, supplies, equipment, and day-to-day logistics.
  • Work directly with the founders and senior team, proactively identifying and handling needs.

Benefits

  • High ownership with fast iteration and direct feedback.
  • Opportunity to work with a founding team with prior successful exits and experience at leading tech companies.
  • Chance to help define company culture, product direction, and strategy as an early team member.
