About The Position

Superpower is a health intelligence platform that gives members access to advanced biomarker testing, AI-powered insights, and personalized protocols to optimize their long-term health. We're growing fast and building a small team to help our members get the most out of their membership. You'll be reaching out to existing Superpower members to help them get more from Superpower through the right Marketplace products. Everyone you call is a paying member who already trusts us, and you win by genuinely understanding their health goals and recommending what actually fits. Members should hang up feeling helped, because they were.

Requirements

  • You've sold something before and have results you're proud of — sales, account management, retention, or membership revenue.
  • Comfortable having consultative, personalized conversations — not reading from a script
  • Genuine interest in health and wellness — ideally you'd use these products yourself
  • Highly organized and self-directed — this is a remote contractor role with real ownership

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with high-trust products (health, wellness, premium memberships) is a plus, not a requirement

Responsibilities

  • Outbound calls and emails to existing members — warm conversations, no cold prospecting
  • Guiding members through the Superpower Marketplace and recommending the right products for their goals
  • Revenue per member you talk to — this is the number you're measured on
  • Keeping the CRM clean and sharing what's working so we improve over time
