Programs offer children a Springboard to Life’s Adventures by using movement-based learning and imaginative play to help build the confidence and skills needed at each stage of childhood. For over 40 years, our trained instructors have nurtured happy, confident kids through parent/child classes, gymnastics, dance and sports prep, plus enjoyable extras like camps, Parentsʼ Survival Nights and Awesome Birthday Bash parties. As a part of The Little Gym team, you will be part of a family dedicated to the growth and development of children all over the globe. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Passion for working with children and families.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in basic computer skills and software applications.
  • Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
  • Positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience in customer service/sales or recreational settings is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and engage with members and their families upon arrival.
  • Assist in scheduling classes and managing enrollment processes.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to all members.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the gym facilities.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and management.
  • Promote upcoming events and programs to enhance member engagement.
  • Handle inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • Support instructors during classes and activities as needed.
