As a Member Experience Specialist, you will play a vital role in developing member-first advisory relationships. You will be responsible for onboarding traditionally sourced and omni-channel retail and business members, uncovering member needs, and introducing our solutions to them. This is a mutual funds sales development role; you will be managing small accounts and providing general transactional support. You will also be involved in providing access to day-to-day, lending, and investing products and services, including unsecured lending, mortgage renewals, broker mortgage onboarding, term deposits, and Visa products.
