Member Experience Manager

General ProvisionFort Lauderdale, FL
Onsite

About The Position

General Provision is a members club for people building things that matter. We’ve reimagined the workday as something worth showing up for—part hotel lobby, part restaurant, part members club. A place where founders, creatives, and operators come to do their best work… and stay a little longer than they planned. If you care about energy, taste, and how a space feels —keep reading. The Role You are the first impression—and the lasting one. The Member Experience Manager is the person who sets the tone the moment someone walks through the door. You don’t just greet people—you frame the entire experience. This is a front-of-house role for someone who understands that hospitality is not a task—it’s a standard. You will live on the floor. You will know the members. You will notice what others miss. And you will make sure the clubhouse always feels exactly how it’s supposed to. You will work very closely with our food and beverage team to ensure a seamless hospitality experience in the form of events, member touch points, and catering execution.
