About The Position

Wimbledon Tennis & Pickleball Club in Walpole is looking for a Member Experience Lead to lead our front-of-house team, keep daily operations running smoothly, and bring our social media presence to life. This role involves being the primary point of contact for members, ensuring a VIP experience, and managing various operational and customer-facing tasks.

Requirements

• Prior experience in customer service, hospitality, or club/fitness operations
• Comfortable managing Instagram/TikTok/Facebook content
• Outgoing, organized, and dependable, someone who thrives in a fast-paced, people-first environment
• Comfortable with scheduling systems and basic computer tools (training provided)
• Must be available evenings, weekends, and during peak club hours
• CPR/AED certification preferred, or willingness to obtain

Nice To Haves

• Leadership experience a plus
• Familiarity with tennis or pickleball a plus, not required

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and support our front desk team to deliver 5-star service on every visit
• Oversee check-ins, court scheduling, reservations, and program sign-ups for tennis and pickleball
• Manage membership services, payments, and day-to-day front desk operations
• Create and post engaging social media content that shows off our club's community and events
• Handle member questions, concerns, and feedback with professionalism and care
• Coordinate staff schedules to ensure proper coverage across all programs
• Support hiring, onboarding, and training for front desk staff
