About The Position

Globe Life AO is seeking enthusiastic, dependable, and service-focused professionals to join their virtual team as Member Experience & Benefits Consultants. In this 100% remote role, you will connect with individuals and families through scheduled virtual appointments to understand their needs, explain available supplemental benefits and financial-protection options, assist with enrollment, and provide ongoing client support. This role combines member services, customer experience, client relationships, benefits education, and consultative insurance sales. Previous insurance experience is not required, as the company provides structured training, licensing guidance, ongoing mentorship, and professional development. The position is commission-based with weekly pay and performance bonuses, offering flexible scheduling and opportunities for renewal and residual income.

Requirements

  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Be physically located within the United States

  • Have access to a reliable computer or laptop
