Responsibilities
- Greet every client with a warm, friendly, and professional attitude, creating a great first impression
- Educate members on the benefits of practitioner-assisted stretching
- Assist with demo appointments by guiding members through intake forms and ensuring a smooth, welcoming first visit experience
- Manage front desk operations including scheduling appointments, answering phones, and responding to texts
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting with member questions, concerns, and general support
- Strengthen long-term member relationships through consistent follow-ups and thoughtful engagement
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming studio environment
- Work closely with practitioners to ensure a smooth and efficient daily schedule
- Help maintain a positive, team-oriented studio culture
