We are seeking a highly motivated fitness enthusiast to join our team and represent our brand with passion and dedication. The ideal candidate is flexible, reliable, hardworking, and a strong team player. This is a part-time, weekend-only position, with scheduled hours from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM on Saturdays and Sundays. Additional hours may be available during the week at our Chelsea location and other nearby clubs. Preference will be given to candidates with previous experience in customer service, sales, and/or fitness.

Requirements

• Strong desire to work in the health and fitness industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A friendly, outgoing, and warm demeanor
• Genuine and honest personality
• Weekend availability
• Savvy with technology
• Self-motivated and proactive
• Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license

Nice To Haves

• Some experience in customer service, sales, and/or fitness is preferred
• Additional opportunities are available for candidates with a personal training certification and background

Responsibilities

• Communicating effectively with others
• Conducting gym tours
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the gym
• Membership sales

• Handling opening and closing
