We are searching for an experienced Member Experience Associate (Relief) at our Palmer HQ facility. This role focuses on protecting MTA revenues and maintaining cash flows by providing excellent customer experience in taking payments and working with members on payment arrangements. The associate ensures timely action on delinquent accounts to reduce risk while treating members fairly and equitably. They also ensure an excellent customer experience with Billing by providing Service Order Quality Assurance and working with customers on non-sales activities such as records only service orders, billing audits, and customer documentation for discounting.
