About The Position

Fitler Club is a unique urban social club offering a blend of dining, fitness, social, business, hotel, and event services. This role is central to creating memorable member experiences through diverse programming, including dinners, classes, and gatherings. The Member Events Coordinator will support the Member Events team in planning and executing a wide range of events, taking ownership of smaller-scale events and providing operational support for larger productions. This position is ideal for someone early in their events or hospitality career seeking hands-on experience, growth opportunities, and a supportive work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Member Events team in planning and executing club programming across social, wellness, culinary, family, and affinity categories.
  • Lead the planning and execution of select smaller-scale and affinity club events, including logistics, communication, setup, and day-of management.
  • Coordinate member experiences such as workshops, classes, screenings, and community gatherings.
  • Assist with run-of-show execution, vendor communication, check-in processes, setup, and breakdown for events.
  • Provide a steady and solutions-oriented presence during events, adapting to changes as needed.
  • Maintain organized event documentation, including BEOs, run-of-shows, contracts, invoices, surveys, and post-event recaps.
  • Track RSVPs, attendance, and member feedback to contribute to programming improvements.
  • Manage a high-volume inbox, handling member inquiries, vendor communication, and internal coordination professionally.
  • Support the member portal and digital programming calendar by ensuring event listings are accurate and engaging.
  • Assist with event marketing tasks, including drafting copy, preparing promotional materials, and coordinating with the marketing team.
  • Coordinate cross-departmentally to ensure clear and timely communication of event details.
  • Manage event prep logistics, including signage, materials, supplies, and vendor coordination.
  • Act as a warm and professional representative of the club during all programming.
  • Build genuine relationships with members, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Provide occasional support for Playroom operations and family programming.
  • Help maintain the high standard of experience expected by Fitler Club members.
