About The Position

Snap Fitness 24/7 Iowa Colony is seeking friendly, reliable Member Engagement Representatives to be the first face our members see. This is a great part-time opportunity to join a brand-new, locally and veteran-owned club and be part of a founding team. This role reports directly to the Club Manager. This is a 24/7 club. Shifts may include early mornings, evenings, and/or weekends. Our club operates cashless, all transactions are handled electronically. Requirements

A positive, welcoming attitude.
Minimum 18 years of age.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Reliable and punctual.
Comfortable using customer relationship management software and point-of-sale systems.
Strong communication skills.

Nice To Haves

Previous fitness industry experience is a plus, but not required, just a genuine interest in people.
Previous customer service experience.
Comfortable helping create or appear in social media content is a plus.

Responsibilities

Greet members warmly and check them in using our club management system.
Welcome prospective members, give club tours, and support the sign-up process.
Answer questions and handle basic member inquiries in a friendly, professional manner.
Keep the entire club, including the front desk, lobby, floor, bathrooms, offices, studio, recovery rooms, and entryways, clean, organized, and welcoming.
Occasionally help capture photos or short videos of the club and members (with consent) to support the club's social media presence.
Assist with light administrative tasks as needed.
Support setup, and customer engagement at local and Snap Fitness sponsored events.
